Overview
Industrial automation system nowadays is becoming more and more complex which makes it hard to install and administer. To meet this challenge, industrial users begin to leverage IT technology to enhance asset management in industrial plants. Early substations required manual switching, and manual collection of data for load, energy consumption, and abnormal events.
